Ordering Offline (Post, Phone etc)

ORDERS PLACED BY EMAIL, PHONE OR POST

Orders placed online through the store form the bulk of our mailorder business, and this is the easiest way of placing an order both for you (the customer), and for us. However we can accept orders by other means if necessary:

If you wish to order by POST, please create your order in the online store, choose the "postal payment" option at the checkout stage and print off a copy of your complete order, then fill in all the relevant payment details. If paying by cheque or postal order, make it payable to "GZG" please. Please send us the full remittance including whatever postal charge the store calculates for your order. Note that if paying by cheque there may be a delay in dispatch while the cheque is cleared through the bank. See the "CONTACT US" section for our full postal address. We do not recommend sending cash through the post unless unavoidable, if you have to do this then you MUST use either Recorded, Special Delivery or some other form of registered and insured postage. We cannot be responsible for mail that does not reach us safely. ALL POSTAL PAYMENTS, WHETHER BY CHEQUE, POSTAL ORDER OR CASH, MUST BE IN GB POUNDS STERLING. We cannot accept payments in any other currency. International Money Orders, International cheques or their equivalent must be made out in GB POUNDS and negotiable through a UK bank.

If you need to place an order with us by EMAIL, send it to jon@gzg.com, and we will send you a Paypal payment request. In such cases please make sure you give us a) a clear and accurate list of exactly what you wish to buy, including item codes and quantities, b) your FULL NAME and FULL POSTAL ADDRESS, and c) the email address you use for Paypal, if it differs from the email address you are contacting us from. IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND YOUR CARD DETAILS TO US - OR TO ANYONE ELSE - BY EMAIL! Email is not a secure medium of communication and we cannot accept customers' credit/debit card information that way.

We CANNOT accept payment through bank transfers.
